Confess your faith
Text: “The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully…” Jer.23:28
Beloved, to remain victorious from the first day of 2012 to the end, we must maintain a consistent confession of faith in the ability of God no matter what happens. To be “faithful” means to be loyal or consistent. We must speak the word of God faithfully; not our feelings or problems. Changing your circumstances demands that you speak the solution which is the word of God.
The temptation to say what and how we are feeling can be so great when under pressure; but understand that this would not get you anywhere in the kingdom of God. Negative words only bind and hold you captive in cycles of frustration because whatever you say will surely come to pass…(Mark 11:23).“..he shall have whatsoever he saith..” Feelings and negative situations are most times contrary to scriptures, and when you speak them over your life by saying things like… “I am drowning in debts” or “I am dying for a coke.” , “I am broke” and such like, you frame an “evil report” against your own life! This is why we must speak only the word of God faithfully.
Your life moves in the direction of your words and your tongue decides the currents of your life; whether you are flowing in favour or struggling in the valley of defeat depends on your words! Proverbs.12:14…a man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth…. Your tongue is a multiplier. Whatever you are in the habit of saying multiplies in your life. Your words reveal your expectations. Only say what you want to see and not what you are seeing and your circumstances would change accordingly.
Speak the word faithfully.
Memory Verse: Hebrews 4:14 (amp)
Prayer Point: “I declare that concerning me, only the word of God is true and final; every other report, or testimony about me contrary to the promises of the new covenant is a lie and must fail in the name of Jesus.”
Our Prayer for You: “May your mouth continually be filled with faith-filled words to frame your world according to scriptures in Jesus name, Amen”
